摘  要:锅炉的腐蚀与防护是保证锅炉安全、高效生产、经济运行的重要措施之一。锅炉及管网产生腐蚀,造成泄漏,甚至会引起爆炸。吸氧腐蚀是低压蒸汽锅炉及管网主要腐蚀原因,分析低压蒸汽锅炉及管网吸氧腐蚀原理和影响因素,采用物理方法、化学药剂、缓蚀剂等方法减缓腐蚀。各种除氧方法均有各自的特点和不足,应根据企业的特点和对水质的要求进行综合考虑选用,保证设备运行安全。Anti- corrosion of boiler is one of the important measures to ensure the safety, efficient production and economic operation of the boiler. Corrosion of boiler and pipe network can cause leakage, and even explosion. Oxygen corrosion is the main corrosion reason of low pressure steam boiler and pipe network, based on analyzing the principle and influence factors of the low pressure steam boiler and pipe network, the corrosion can be slowed down by using the physicalmethods, chemical agents, corrosion inhibitors and other methods. Kinds of deoxidization methods have their respective advantages and disadvantages. Based on the characteristics of the enterprise and the requirements of water quality, we can choose the deoxidization method to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.
