摘 要:目的为肩胛舌骨肌的临床应用提供形态学资料。方法大体解剖法、肌构筑法、改良Sihler染色法。结果①肩胛舌骨肌上腹肌重(1.86±0.26)g,肌长(6.52±0.82)cm,肌纤维长(3.74±0.46)cm,肌生理横切面积(0.47±0.12)cm^2;下腹肌重(3.02±0.42)g,肌长(6.84±0.98)cm,肌纤维长(3.26±0.34)cm,肌生理横切面积(0.87±0.16)cm^2。②依肩胛舌骨肌中间腱和神经分布,把肩胛舌骨肌分为上腹亚部和下腹亚部。结论①肩胛舌骨肌可分为上腹亚部和下腹亚部;②肩胛舌骨肌上腹亚部和下腹亚部肌内神经密集区位于肌亚部的中部。Objective To reveal morphologic features of human omohyoid for clinical application. Methods Muscle architecture method and modified Sihler's staining were used. Results ①Superior bellies muscle weight:(1.86±0.26)g,fiber length:(3.74±0.46)and physiologic cross sectional area:(0.47±0.12)cm^2;Inferior bellies muscle weight:(3.02±0.42)g,fiber length:(3.26±0.34)and physiologic cross sectional area:(0.87±0.16)cm^2;②The omohyoid can be divided into superior belly and inferior belly by the intermediate tendon and intramuscular nerve. Conclusion ①The omohyoid can be divided into superior belly and inferior belly;②In the middle parts of the superior belly and inferior belly with independent innervations.
