摘　　要：肿瘤免疫治疗已经成为继手术治疗、放射治疗和化疗药物治疗之后的第四大肿瘤治疗疗法,也是目前最热门的肿瘤治疗手段。免疫治疗完全颠覆了人们以往对于肿瘤治疗的观念,从原先的依靠外界方式杀死肿瘤,到依靠自身免疫系统杀死肿瘤。目前肿瘤免疫治疗主要包括免疫疫苗、免疫检查点抑制剂治疗、过继性免疫细胞治疗、细胞因子治疗等,其中免疫检查点抑制剂治疗以其显著的临床疗效而备受瞩目,为此本文对免疫检查点抑制剂治疗作一综述,详细介绍CTLA-4、PD-1/PD-L1抑制剂在临床研究中的进展以及潜在的新型免疫检查点靶点分子。Newly developed immunotherapy has become an important strategy for cancer treatment in recent years. Immunotherapy completely changes the idea that cancer treatment should rely on killing tumor cells by using adjuvant ways,to that rely on patients ＇ own immune system to kill tumor cells.Currently,the tumor immunotherapy mainly includes vaccines,immune checkpoint inhibitors, adoptive immune cell therapy,cytokine therapy,etc. This paper reviewed the current progress of using immune checkpoint inhibitors in clinic and introduced the research progress on clinical trials for the CTLA-4,PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors,as well as the potential new target molecules for the immune checkpoint.
