摘  要:为进一步分析温拌剂对沥青流变性能相关参数的影响,采用动态剪切流变仪(DSR)对不同温拌剂种类和掺量的温拌沥青进行流变特性测试,通过模量和相位角数据分析不同温拌沥青的温度敏感性及频率敏感性。结果表明:Sasobit温拌剂掺量大于2.5%时,在30~50℃范围内沥青的黏弹性结构相对稳定,可有效提高基础沥青的高温等级。随着频率的增加,Sasobit温拌沥青对基础沥青的模量增效最大,相位角比基础沥青有所降低。对于Leadcap温拌沥青,其温度稳定性和高温等级均随掺量的增加而提高。扫描频率范围内,Leadcap掺量为3%时模量显著增大;频率高于40 rad/s时,Leadcap和WFP温拌沥青发生相位角上升和紊乱现象;不同掺量WFP温拌沥青的模量和相位角与基质沥青的变化趋势基本重合。综合流变试验数据分析,Sasobit、Leadcap和WFP温拌剂掺量分别在2.5%~3.5%、2%~3%和6%~7%时有利于改善沥青的高温稳定性。In order to analyze the influence of warm mix agent on the parameters related to rheological property of asphalt, the rheological properties of different types and dosages of warm mix asphalt are tested with dynamic shear rheometer (DSR). The temperature sensitivity and frequency sensitivity of different types of warm mix asphalt are analyzed with the modulus and phase angle data. The result shows that ( 1 ) When the dosage of Sasobit warm mix agent is more than 2.5% and within the temperature scope of 30 ~C to 50 ~C , the viscoelastic structure is relatively stable, and the high temperature level of asphalt can be effectively improved. (2) With the increase of frequency, Sasohit WMA has the highest modulus and lower phase angle compared with basic asphalt. The temperature stability and high temperature level of Leadcap WMA are improved with the increase of dosage of Leadcap. Within the scope of the scanning frequency, the modulus of Leadcap WMA increases significantly at the dosge of 3%. (3) When the frequency is higher than 40 rad/s, the phase angles of Leadcap and WFP WMA rise and have disorder phenomenon. (4) The change trends of modulus and phase angle of WMA with different WFP dosages coincide with those of basic asphalt. Through comprehensive analysis of the test results, when the dosages of Sasobit, Leadcap and WFP mix agent are separately 2. 5% -3.5%, 2% -3% and 6% -7%, the high temperature stability of asphalt can be improved.
