摘　　要：白细胞介素-22（IL-22）作为肝细胞癌（HCC）患者体内兼具保护性作用和促进炎症应答双重功能的细胞因子，以多样化的角色参与疾病的发生和发展。近年来对于IL-22在HCC中的研究越来越多，但其在HCC中所发挥的作用仍存在一定争议。本文主要对IL-22的生物学特性及其在HCC发生、发展过程及治疗的作用作一综述。Interleukin - 22 （ IL - 22）, as the dual functions of cytokines, plays diverse roles in disease occur- rence and development in the hepatocellular carcinoma （I-ICC） patients. For IL - 22 in recent years more and more re- search in HCC, but its role in HCC remains controversial. In this paper, it pay attention to the biological characteris- tics of IL - 22 and its role in HCC occurrence, development process and the treatment. IL - 22, as the dual functions of cytokines, plays diverse roles in disease occurrence and development in the HCC patients. For IL - 22 in recent years more and more research in HCC, but its role in I-ICC remains controversial. In this paper, it pay attention to the biological characteristics of IL -22 and its role in HCC occurrence, development process and the treatment.
