摘　　要：孕酮在创伤性脑损伤中作用富有争议，本文从孕酮在对中枢神经系统影响的机制、孕酮在创伤性脑损伤保护作用基础研究及孕酮在创伤性脑损伤中保护作用临床研究三个方面对这一问题进行阐述，旨在分析其中矛盾存在之处、存在原因。Progesterone plays controversial role in traumatic brain injury. This article aimed to review this sub- ject in following three aspects ： mechanism of progesterone in central nervous system, basic research of protective effect of progesterone in traumatic brain injury, and clinical research of progesterone in traumatic brain injury. Conflicts were analyzed and personal view in future related research was put forward as well.
