中国规模化畜禽养殖的现状及其对生态环境的影响

摘　　要：利用1998—2011年中国畜牧业数据,对中国规模化畜禽养殖业发展状况以及规模化养殖对生态环境的影响进行了分析。研究表明:(1)中国规模化畜禽养殖的发展程度比较低,但规模化畜禽养殖是中国畜牧业发展的必然趋势;(2)中国畜禽粪便产生量较大,牛和家禽养殖的粪便是中国畜禽养殖粪便的主要来源;(3)总体来看,目前中国畜禽养殖粪便产生量对环境的影响不大,但在部分地区,畜禽养殖粪便产生量对环境还是具有一定的胁迫压力;(4)目前中国畜禽粪便造成的水体流失较高。This paper analyzes the industry development of scale livestock and poultry breeding,and its influence on eco-environment based on the data of livestock from 1998 to 2011 in China. The research shows that：（ 1） the degree of development in scale livestock and poultry breeding is relatively low,but it is an inevitable trend of development in livestock and poultry;（ 2） the production of livestock manure is of large amount,and the major source is from cattle and poultry;（ 3） overall,the influence of livestock and poultry manure on environment is little,but in some areas,it becomes a threatening pressure on environment;（ 4） at present,the livestock and poultry manure leads to high amount of water loss.
