摘  要:采用2种不同类型、不同分子质量的聚醚大单体,通过调整主链长度使合成的醚类与酯类聚羧酸减水剂(PC)具有最佳分散性能,对比研究了醚类PC和酯类PC对水泥吸附、水化放热、水泥净浆分散性能及混凝土性能的影响。结果表明,醚类PC为短主链长侧链梳形结构,酯类PC为长主链短侧链梳形结构;醚类PC在水泥颗粒表面的吸附量高于酯类PC,而对抑制水泥净浆水化放热、水泥分散作用则是酯类PC优于醚类PC。在混凝土应用中,酯类PC比醚类PC具有更高的减水率,而醚类PC在坍落度及扩展度保持性方面优于酯类PC。Ether and ester type of polycarboxylic superplasticizers (PC) were synthesized by adopting two different types and different molecular weight poly- ,with the best dispersibility via adjusting backbone length. The effect of ether and ester type of PCs on the adsorption behavior on cement,hydration heat,dispersibiliy of cement paste and concrete performance were studied by contract. The result showed that ether PC had a short backbone and long side chain of comb-shaped structure, while ester PC had a long backbone and short side chain of comb-shaped structure. The adsorption of ether PC on the surface of cement particle was higher than ester PC. However,delaying cement hydration heat and cement dispersibility of ester PC was stronger than ether PC. In concrete system,ester PC had higher water reducing ratio than ether PC,while the retention of slump and fluidity of ether PC was stronger than ester PC.
