摘 要:对玻璃纤维网格布增强复合保温墙板进行了抗弯和抗压性能试验研究,得到了其受力变形和破坏特点,以及极限抗弯、抗压承载力;此外,对墙板的保温性能进行了测试。研究表明:墙板的保温性能符合GB 50176—93《民用建筑热工设计规范》标准;墙板在横向抗弯和轴向荷载的作用下具有良好的力学性能,与不加纤维网的墙板相比,极限荷载平均值提高了14.98%,跨中所能承受的最大弯矩平均值提高了8.06%,墙板的抗压强度为4.29 MPa,符合JG/T 169—2005《建筑隔墙用轻质条板》规定的非承重墙板抗压强度要求。The glass fiber mesh-reinforced composite insulation wallboard was conducted with bending and compression prop- erties experimental studies,and its deformation and damage characteristics and ultimate flexural,compressive beating capacity were obtained:In addition,wallboard insulation properties were tested. Studies have shown that:thermal insulation properties of the wall board were in line with GB 50176---93 "Code for thermal design of civil building", wallboard has good mechanical properties in the lateral bending and axial load effect,compared to the wallboard with and without fiber mesh,average ultimate load of wallboard in- creased 14.98%, and the mean value of greatest moment suffered by the middle of span improved 8.06%,the compressive strength of wallboard was 4.29 MPa,in line with the compressive strength requirements of non-load-bearing wallboard as specified in stan- dard JG/T 169---2005 ';Light board for building partition wall".
