摘　　要：汽车研究院工会紧密围绕"巩固与创新、产品与能力"研发目标的全面达成,着眼于"工程师"的主体地位,发挥"服务"、"助推"两大功能定位,以"双联动双服务"为工作思路,以"平台化横向驱动模块化,互联化纵向驱动平台化"的"一横一纵"为战略路径,丰富和提升"助推力工程"和"零距离工程"双服务的内涵和外延,将服务研发、服务职工落到实处,不断增强基层工会组织的感召力、影响力和亲和力,打造基于"两个转型"和"互联网+"的工会工作新模式,为北汽研发事业的快速发展提供了坚强支撑和有力保障。The trade union of the Automobile Research Institute is closely around the target of ＂consolidation and innovation product and ability, focusing on subject status of ＂ engineer ＂, playing two functions of ＂ service ＂and ＂ booster ＂, with the work thinking the＂Double Linkage Double Service＂ in order to enrich and promote the connotation and extension of ＂ thrust project ＂and＂ zero distance ＂project of double service. Service development and service workers are carried out, building on the＂ two transformation ＂and＂ Internet ＋ ＂of the trade union work in the new mode, in order to provide strong support and guarantee for the rapid development of automotive research industry.
