基于体内过程的民族药药效物质基础研究进展

摘　　要：民族药发源于少数民族地区,具有鲜明的地域性和民族传统性,通常具有汤、丸、散、膏、丹等剂型。口服给药是传统民族药防治疾病的主要手段,口服药物的机体发挥疗效与药效成分的吸收、分布、代谢、排泄密切相关,即与药物的体内过程相关。目前,研究药物体内过程的方法有肠道菌群代谢、肠吸收、血清药物化学、药代动力学及近年来出现的代谢组学、肝微粒体酶生物转化等。研究药物在机体内过程,可较好地发现民族药的药效物质基础,对阐明民族医药理论科学内涵、确保临床用药的安全有效及民族药走向国际化均具有重要的意义。对体内过程研究方法在民族药中的应用进行综述,以期为民族药的进一步研究提供参考依据。Ethnic medicine originated in minority areas,with distinct regional and ethnic traditional,usually with a soup,pills,powders,pastes,Dan and other formulations.Oral administration is the main means of traditional national drug prevention and treatment of disease,the efficacy of oral drugs on the body play an inevitable and efficacy ingredient absorption,distribution,metabolism,excretion related to that associated with the process of in vivo drug.Current methods study of drug metabolism in vivo intestinal flora,intestinal absorption,serum chemistry,pharmacokinetics and metabolism of genomics in recent years,hepatic microsomal enzyme biotransformation.In the process of the drug in vivo studies of the body,it can better find the material basis of national drug＇s efficacy,to clarify the scientific connotation of ethnic Chinese medicine theory,ensure the safety of clinical medicine and ethnic medicine effective internationalization are of great significance.This paper summarizes the above process in vivo study method in ethnic medicine in order to provide reference for further research of ethnic medicine.
