降香挥发油HPLC法指纹图谱研究

摘　　要：目的:建立降香挥发油指纹图谱分析方法,对降香药材进行质量评价。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱Hypersil ODS2(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以甲醇-水为流动相梯度洗脱,流速为1mL/min,检测波长220nm,柱温25℃。结果:采用相似度软件分析,确定共有峰13个,10批海南产地降香药材相似度大于0.9。结论:降香挥发油液相指纹图谱特征性强、方法简便、重现性好,可为降香药材及制剂质量评价提供依据。Objective：To establish fingerprint of volatile oil and evaluate the quality of Dalbergia odorifera medicinal materials.Methods：The fingerprint was established by HPLC,the analysis was carried on the chromatographic column（Hypersil ODS2C18 column,250mm×4.6mm,5μm）with mobile phase of mixed solution of methanol and water in gradient elution program,flow rate was 1.0mL/min,detecting wave length was 220 nm,and the column temperature was 25℃.Results：Evaluated by＂Computer Aided Similarity Calculation＂,13 common peaks were identified,the 10 batches of Dalbergia odorifera from Hainan were proved to be higher than 0.9on the results of similarity analysis.Conclusion：The method of chromatographic fingerprint of volatile oil is convenient and high specific,it can be used to identify and evaluate the quality of the Dalbergia odorifera medicinal materials and its preparations.
