摘 要:目的:建立脑康灵胶囊的质量标准。方法:采用显微鉴别法对制剂中的红花、石菖蒲、龟甲、地龙进行定性鉴别;采用TLC法对枸杞子、地龙、石菖蒲进行定性鉴别;采用HPLC法对阿魏酸进行含量测定。结果:显微鉴别和TLC法特征明显,专属性强。HPLC法测定中,阿魏酸在0.1062~0.8496μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为98.81%(RSD%=1.13%,n=6)。结论:本法操作简便可行、重复性好,可用于本制剂的质量控制方法。Objective: To establish a method for quality control of Naokangling capsules. Methods: Honghua(Carthami flos), Shichangpu(Acori tatarinowii rhizome), Guijia(Testudinis carapax et plastrum) and Dilong(Pheretima) were identified by microscopic identification; Gouqi(Lycii fructus), Dilong(Pheretima) and Shichangpu(Acori tatarinowii rhizome) were identified by TLC; the content of ferulic acid was determined by HPLC.Results: Microscopic identification and TLC showed obvious characteristics and good specificity. The liner range of ferulic acid was 0.1062~0.8496 μg(r=0.9999), with the average recovery of 98.81%(RSD%=1.13%, n=6).Conclusion: The method is simple, feasible and repeatable. It can be used for quality control of Naokangling capsules.
