摘　　要：以海南儋州、屯昌、琼海三个市县的9个桉树林样地为试验对象,通过分析土壤碳含量、碳密度以及土壤碳储量,对海南省桉树林土壤固碳情况进行研究。主要结果如下：（1）海南岛桉树林不同林分类型土壤碳含量存在着较大的差异,介于3.15±0.81-47.99±3.73 g/kg之间,平均碳含量为12.74±10.74 g/kg;（2）平均碳储量为133.80 t/hm2,低于我国森林土壤平均碳储量但高于热带林土壤碳平均储量;（3）海南省桉树林土壤碳含量、碳密度、碳储量,均以表层土含量最大,并随土壤深度的增加而降低;（4）土壤碳储量随土层的分配率显示海南岛桉树林目前受到的人为干扰较严重,但除4年龄的桉树林对外界干扰较敏感外,其余都有较强的缓冲能力。（5）海南岛桉树林土壤碳储量随着林龄变化没有完全一致的规律,但2年龄〈6年龄〈4年龄比较普遍。Nine eucalyptus forest plots which distribute in Danzhou, Tunchang and Qionghai are discussed in this paper. The carbon sequestration of eucalyptus forest in Hainan island is discussed by study the soil carbon content, carbon density and soil carbon reserves. The main results are as follows：（1） There is a big difference between different types of forest soil carbon content. It＇s from 3.15 ±0.81 to 47.99 ±3.73 g/kg, the average carbon content is 12.74 ± 10.74 g/kg;（2） Average carbon reserves is 133.80 t/hm2. Lower than the average of forest soil carbon stocks in China but higher than the average tropical forest soil carbon storage;（3） The first layer of the Hainan eucalyptus forest soil carbon content, carbon density, carbon storage, are the largest and decreased with the depth decrease;（4） The anthropogenic interference of Hainan eucalyptus forest is strong,but except 4 ages eucalyptus forest are sensitive to outside interference,the others have high buffering capacity.（5） Hainan eucalyptus forest soil carbon stock changes with forest age is not fully consistent with the law, but 2 ages〈6 ages〈 4 ages are more common.
