摘  要:蓖麻籽是一种重要的高含油、低含水工业油料,粉碎后进行单轴压榨时,随着压缩比增大或压榨速度的降低,饼粕的残油率总体呈降低趋势。压榨速率对蓖麻籽饼粕残油率影响较大,一定压缩比时,速率越大残油率越高;在相同压缩比下,多次压榨相对单次压榨可以达到更低的残油率。通过压榨曲线拟合,建立了压缩比与残油率的数学模型,确定了模型参数并进行误差分析。结果表明,模型模拟值与实测值在一定程度上是吻合的,平均误差约为1%。Castor bean is an important kind of industrial oilseeds with high oil content and low moisture content. In uniaxial press, residual oil of crushed castor bean meal decreased with the increase of compression ratio and decrease of press speed. Pressing speed had huge influences on residual oil of bean cake. In a fixed compression ratio, the higher is the speed and the more times of press, the lower residual oil. Through curve fitting, a mathematical model of compression ratio and residual oil was established, and the parameters were obtained. Results of error analysis showed that the values between measured and simulated fit well, and the average error is about 1%.
