摘  要:以速生杨木为研究对象,采用木材真空加压浸渍处理和炭化罐专用设备,对杨木进行浸渍-热处理,研究了热处理温度和时间对杨木素材、热处理材、浸渍材和浸渍-热处理材的顺纹抗弯强度、弹性模量和耐磨性影响。结果表明:1)热处理会使素材和浸渍材的抗弯强度和弹性模量降低,但浸渍材的下降幅度较素材更小;2)浸渍后,杨木的耐磨性有提高,但幅度不大;热处理后,耐磨性整体呈下降趋势,特别是在200℃后,下降非常明显;浸渍材与素材的耐磨性在同条件下相差不大;The effect of thermal treatment tempetature and time on the bend strength, MOE and wear resistance of the untreated, impregnated,heat treated and impregnated-heat treated poplar wood which was treated by impregnated-thermal treatment was investiganated by vacuum pressure impregnation treatment equipment and thermal treatment equipment. The results show that the bending strength and elastic modulus of untreated poplar and impregnated poplar decreased by heat treatment, and the decline of impregnated poplar was smaller; The wear resistance of impregnated poplar was improved by a little, and that of the heat treated poplar was declined as a whole, especially above the 200 ℃, the decline was obvious; wear resistance of the untreated poplar and impregnated poplar were at the same level when the process conditions were equal.
