摘  要:内置安全阀和膨胀水箱的空气源热泵机组应用于低温地板辐射采暖系统时,热泵厂家应明确热泵机组的正常运行水系统体积范围以指导现场安装。本文以膨胀水箱内部压缩空气为工作介质,推导得出热泵机组水系统的最大体积曲线图。结论表明,在膨胀水箱内容积及安全阀动作压力确定后即可确定空气源热泵机组水系统的最大体积曲线,根据现场安装高度可将此曲线分成4个区域,其中3个区域可调试使得系统回归安全区域,1个区域必须采取更换更大内容积膨胀水箱或更高动作压力值的安全阀。The heat pump manufacture should confirm the safety working water volume region of heat pump unit to guide field installation when the air source heat pump unit with safety valve and expansion tank is applied to low-temperature radiant floor heating system.Taking compressed air in the expansion tank as working medium,the curve graph of maximum water volume for heat pump unit is obtained.The results show that the curve graph of maximum water volume for air source heat pump unit can be obtained after the expansion tank volume and working pressure of safety valve are confirmed.According to the field installation height,the curve graph can be divided into four areas.The system can get into safety area through debugging three of these four areas.As for the fourth area,expansion tank with larger volume or safety valve with higher working pressure is proposed.
