摘　　要：基于对KZG550型快开式隔膜压滤机的结构性能、工作原理、技术参数的分析,结合斜沟煤矿选煤厂的生产实际,引入其对细煤泥进行回收。近6年的生产实践表明：KZG550型快开式隔膜压滤机设备性能良好,有效提高了煤泥水系统的回收效率,降低了洗水浓度,满足了客户对煤泥水分的要求,压滤煤泥水分为24%~26%,脱水效率在80%以上,全年洗水浓度稳定在10 mg/L以下,是煤泥水固液分离的理想设备。Based on KZG550-type quick-open diaphragm filter press in the structure, working principle, technical parameters, performance analysis, combined with inclined ditch coal mine coal preparation plant of the production practice,introduces its for fine coal slime recovery.Nearly six years of production practice showed that KZG550-type quick- open diaphragm filter press equipment performance is good, effectively improve the efficiency of the recycling of slime water system, reduces the concentration of washing water, meet the requirements of the customers on the coal slime water, filter the coal moisture content is 24% ~ 26%, the dewatering efficiency of over 80%, annual concentration of washing water stability under 10 mg/L, it is an ideal equipment of slime water solid-liquid separation.
