居家慢性心力衰竭患者家庭照顾者负担体验的质性研究

摘　　要：目的深入了解居家慢性心力衰竭患者家庭照顾者负担体验的现状及影响因素,为制定有针对性的干预措施提供依据。方法 2014年9-11月,采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法,对桂林医学院附属医院心血管内科收治的14例居家慢性心力衰竭患者家属进行半结构式访谈,并用现象学分析法进行资料分析。结果居家慢性心力衰竭患者家庭照顾者普遍存在负担体验,表现为:心理负担过重;躯体健康水平下降;日常生活受到影响;经济负担沉重;照护知识缺乏。结论在关注慢性心力衰竭患者健康问题的同时,不应忽视家庭照顾者所承受的负担及相关问题,需为之提供有效的干预措施,以提高其健康水平。Objective To deeply understand the status quo of the burden of caregivers in family of stayhome patients with chronic heart failure and its influencing factors,in order to provide evidence for intervention measures.Methods By using phenomenological research methods,the family of 14 cases stay-home patients with chronic heart failure were selected and investigated by semi-structured interviews,and data was analyzed using phenomenological analysis method.Results Most of the family caregivers experienced heavy burden,especially psychological burden;decreased physical health;everyday life was affected;heavy economic burden and lack of nursing knowledge.Conclusion Except of study the health of patients with chronic heart failure,there is a need to pay attention to the burden and relevant problems of caregivers,and provide them with effective intervention method,and improve their health level.
