摘　　要：以1985-2015年收录于中国知网的相关文献为分析对象,归纳出30年来国内建筑高度控制研究的五个主要方向的成果与进展。分析了国内建筑高度控制研究文献在数量变化、研究取向与知识层面信息等方面的特征。指出了该领域研究中存在的四个问题:研究的前提假设未经充分论证;研究的理论依据缺乏本土思考;研究的方法趋于复杂化、细碎化;相关学科之间缺乏交流协作。最后,对未来国内建筑高度控制研究提出了展望和对策性建议。Taking CNKI＇ s literatures related to building height control in 1985 -2015, this essay summarizes the a- chievements and developments in five main research fields. And it analyzes the characteristics of the number, research orientation and information of literatures related to China＇ s building height control. The results indicate that problems exist with current re- searches, including the lack of scientific argumentation; the absence of thinking of Chinese localization about theoretical basis; the trend of methodology being complicated, and the lack of interaction and cooperation between related disciplines. Finally, prospection and suggestions for further research and development in China are proposed.
