文化自觉视阈下的我国大学文化建设

摘　　要：大学文化作为一种独特的社会文化形态,是现代大学的灵魂。而文化自觉作为一种内在的精神力量,理应是现代大学文化进行反思的新视角,也应是现代大学文化建设的未来走向。新时期建设大学文化要有高度的文化自觉,这种文化自觉体现在能够清醒认识大学文化历史地位、准确把握发展规律、有效提升甄别能力和勇于担当文化使命四个方面。用文化自觉指导大学文化建设,并以此不断强化大学人的人文素养,是大学实现双赢的有效保障。As a unique form of social culture,university culture is the soul of modern university. Cultural consciousness,as a kind of inner spiritual strength,is supposed to be a new perspective of modern university culture for reflection and a future trend of the modern university culture construction. To construct university culture in the new period needs a high degree of cultural consciousness. This cultural consciousness is embodied in the lucid understanding of university culture historical position,accurately grasping the law of its development,the effective promoting of ability to identify culture and the courage to bear the mission of developing culture and so on. Utilize the cultural consciousness to construct university culture and to continuously strengthen the college students＇ humanistic quality,is an effective guarantee of realizing university＇s win- win goal.
