摘　　要：邓小平同志历来十分重视农业、农村和农民问题。在领导我国农村改革和发展过程中,邓小平同志提出了实现农业现代化的"两个飞跃"的重要战略思想,阐述了我国未来农业发展的战略构想,规划了中国农业现代化的实质内容和实现途径,不仅为我们深化农村改革、发展现代农业、做好农村工作提供了科学的指导思想,也为创新中国农业现代化道路、实现中国特色社会主义农业现代化指明了方向。对邓小平"两个飞跃"思想重大指导价值的理解和把握,需要放在我国实现农业现代化的特定背景中来考量;需要放到破解我国农业现代化的现实问题中来谋划;更需要放到实现我国农业现代化的奋斗目标中来推进。Comrade Deng Xiaoping has always attached great importance to agriculture,rural areas and farmers and put forward an important strategic thinking of ＂ Two Leaps＂,which describes the future development of China＇s agriculture and plans the substantive content and achieving methods.It not only provides the scientific guidelines to deepen rural reform and develops modern agriculture,but also points out the direction of innovation and realization of agricultural modernization with Chinese characteristics.Therefore,the major values of Deng＇s ＂ Two Leaps＂ should be understood and grasped in the specific background of our country＇s agricultural modernization to solve the practical problems and achieve the eternal goals.
