摘 要:为探明中华鳖Toll样受体4(TLR4)能否在输卵管中表达,采集交配期和非交配期中华鳖输卵管组织,制作切片,分别进行HE染色和免疫组织化学染色,用显微镜观察其不同时期和部位组织细胞与TLR4表达变化。结果显示,中华鳖输卵管阴道部、伞部、峡部以及蛋白分泌部和子宫部在不同生殖周期均未发现白细胞。免疫组织化学检测发现,TLR4在交配期中华鳖输卵管伞部和峡部表达,在非交配期只在输卵管阴道部表达,而在其他部位均不表达。To explore whether Toll-like receptor 4(TLR4) was expressed in oviduct of sexual matured Chinese soft-shell turtle,oviduct was sampled in mating and non-mating season indicated no leukocytes in hematoxylin-eosin stained section,immuno-histochemistry test of oviduct tissue sampled in mating season showed the positive expression of TLR4 was observed in partes fimbria and partes isthmus of and in portio vaginalis of oviduct in non-mating season, and the negative expression of TLR4 was observed in other parts of oviduct tract in any season.The results indicated that differential expression of TLR4 in female reproductive tract is related to immune tolerance associated to sperm storage.
