皖西白鹅胸腹部皮肤毛囊组织结构及其Caspase-3蛋白分布的观察

摘　　要：观察了皖西白鹅胸腹部皮肤毛囊组织结构特点及其Caspase-3蛋白分布状况,为研究皖西白鹅皮肤毛囊及绒羽的周期性生长调控奠定了组织学基础。取成年皖西白鹅胸腹部羽区皮肤组织,通过组织学方法制作石蜡切片,经HE、SACPIC、MASSON三色及Caspase-3蛋白免疫组织化学染色,显微镜观察并摄影。结果表明,皖西白鹅胸腹部无毛囊群。初级毛囊包括内根鞘和外根鞘,内根鞘由内向外依次可分为鞘小皮层、赫胥黎层和亨勒层,赫胥黎层和亨勒层中多含透明角蛋白,少见或未见角化的细胞,其周围含较多的竖毛肌和胶原纤维;次级毛囊周围少见竖毛肌,胶原纤维较多,偶见双羽干聚于次级毛囊内。Caspase-3蛋白主要分布于皖西白鹅毛囊外根鞘,内根鞘主要分布于亨勒层和赫胥黎层交界处,在初级毛囊周围的竖毛肌肌膜中也有分布。To observe tissue structure and Caspase-3 protein distribution of chest and abdominal hair follicle of Wanxi white goose,and establish histological foundation for studying hair follicle cyclical growth control of Wanxi white goose,skin tissue of chest and abdominal of adult Wanxi white goose was sampled,and then paraffin section was made by histological method,using the stain of HE,SACPIC,MASSON and Caspase-3 protein immunohistochemical,microscopic observation and photography.The results showed that there was no hair follicle group in the chest and abdominal of Wanxi white goose.Primary follicles include inner root sheath and outer root sheath,and inner root sheath can be divided into cuticle,Huxley layer,and Henle layer from inside to out,the Huxley and Henle layer contain more transparent keratin,rare or not cuticularized cells.There were more arrector pilli muscle and collagen fiber around primary follicles.There are rare arrector pilli muscle and more collagen fiber surrounding,occasional seeing double feather together within secondary follicle.Caspase-3 proteins mainly distributed in outer root sheath of hair follicle of Wanxi white goose,it distributed in border of Henle layer and Huxley layer of inner root sheath.Caspase-3 protein can be observed in arrector pilli muscle membrane of primary follicles.
