摘 要:针对市场中存在的再生资源企业上下游供应链稳定性差、交易成本高等问题,结合供应链和商业模式理论,通过分析和对比再生资源回收利用中全产业链型、特许经营型、团队型、"点价"型、O2O型和再生银行型六种商业模式,揭示在其运作中供应链稳定性、信息对称性、利益协调机制和风险分摊机制是影响再生资源回收利用商业模式构建的重要因素,在此基础上提出了未来适宜再生资源企业进一步发展的三种商业模式。Aiming at the problems on poor supply chain stability and high transaction cost in enterprises of renewable resources and combining with the business model and supply chain theory, six kinds of renewable resources recycling business models are studied through analysis and comparisons, including the whole industry chain model, the franchise model, the team model, the "pricing", O2 O and the recycle bank. The result indicates that stability of the supply chain, information asymmetry, interests coordination mechanism and risk sharing mechanism are key factors in building renewable resources recycling business models. On the above analysis, three business models of renewable resources enterprises for the further development are puts forward.
