人文环境对长沙影视产业发展影响研究——基于关系嵌入性视角

摘　　要：笔者借鉴经济社会学"关系嵌入"视角,分析人文环境如何作用于长沙影视企业间联系并由此影响企业发展的状况。基于企业深度访谈和问卷调查,笔者研究了人文环境影响下企业联系特性与长沙影视企业发展水平的相关程度。研究结果表明,在特有的人文环境作用下,长沙影视企业之间的联系具有持久度高、强度大、质量高,但多元性较弱的特点。前三个特征对长沙影视企业的发展有正向相关性,而关系多元性对长沙影视企业发展的影响不显著。This paper analyzes the impact of human environment to inter-firms linkage from the perspective of ＂Relational Embeddedness＂. Based on correlation analysis,this paper analyzes the influence of humanistic environment to the development of Changsha Film-Television industry. Results show that Changsha Film-television industry has three characteristics： transaction cost is low,good protection of intellectual property right,efficient incentive mechanism while diversity is not so strong. The first three characteristics positively related to the development of film industry＇s development and the diversity does not have significant influence on film industry.
