摘 要:为对汽车制动系统进行故障分析,采用故障树与贝叶斯网络相结合的方法对可能发生故障的所有危险因素进行分析,建立故障树模型,并将其转化成贝叶斯网络,利用贝叶斯网络计算故障发生的概率,找出制动系统的薄弱点,并对其进行优化设计。计算分析结果表明,将故障树与贝叶斯网络结合可以提高故障分析的有效性。Automobile brake system is one of the important parts of automobile,it directly affects the safety and reliability of the automobile. In order to analyze the fault,the method of combining BN and FTA was applied in order to avoid the limitation of traditional FTA. A fault tree was built by identifying all the factors of automobile brake system. Then it was mapped into a Bayesian network,which was used to calculate the probability of the fault,and then found out the vulnerabilities of the system and theoptimization design was carried out. The computing analysis results show that the combination of fault tree to Bayesian networks can improve the efficiency of the fault analysis.
