摘  要:采用一种新型简单方法制得了高效气相聚乙烯用NGE催化剂。研究了NGE催化剂和M催化剂催化乙烯均聚合和乙烯与1-己烯共聚合性能之间的关系,并通过差示扫描量热法、凝胶渗透色谱和核磁共振碳谱等方法对聚合产物进行了表征。结果表明,在相同条件下,NGE催化剂的聚合活性远高于M催化剂,乙烯与1-己烯共聚合能力强于M催化剂,共聚物的相对分子质量分布略宽。A novel NGE catalyst with high efficiency for ethylene gas phase polymerization was prepared through a simple synthesis method. The relationship between the performances of ethylene homopolymerization and ethylene and 1-hexene copolymerization catalyzed by NGE and M catalysts respectively were studied. The structure and properties of the resultant polymer were characterized by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),gel permeation chromatography(GPC)and carbon nuclear magnetic resonance(13C-NMR).The results indicate that in the same condition the catalytic activity of NGE catalyst in ethylene polymerization was much higher than that of the M catalyst, and the NGE catalyst shows higher activity for ethylene and 1-hexene copolymerization and the relative molecular mass distribution of the copolymer is slightly wider in comparison with those of M catalyst.
