低黄色指数透明聚丙烯热成型专用树脂PPH-T03T的开发

摘　　要：对均聚聚丙烯(PPH)热成型产品PPH-M3及同类产品的微观结构和力学性能进行表征,分析了PPH-M3雾度大和发黄的原因,提出通过PPH-M3配方中添加高效透明成核剂的方法,成功开发了低黄色指数高透明聚丙烯热成型专用树脂PPH-T03T。添加质量分数为0.03%的成核剂A生产的PPH-T03T,弯曲模量由1 680 MPa增加到1 890 MPa;雾度由45.7%降到24.6%;黄色指数由1.7降到0.2。This paper analyzes the causes of high haze and yellow index for the PPH-M3 through characterizing the microstructure and mechanical properties of the polypropylene thermoforming products PPH-M3 and the same type of domestic and international products. Through the method of adding high transparent nucleating agent to the PPH-M3, the low yellow index and high transparent thermoforming special material PPH-T03 T is developed. After adding 0.03% nucleating agent A, the bending modulus of PPH-T03 T increases from 1 680 MPa to 1 890 MPa, the haze dtops by 45.7% to 24.6%, and the yellow index falls from 1.7 to 0.2.
