摘 要:采用超细粉末橡胶技术开发的成核剂VP811E成功制备高光泽透明线型低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)薄膜,并研究了薄膜光学性能、力学性能及成核剂对材料结晶行为的影响。结果表明:制备高光泽透明LLDPE薄膜的雾度降低了25%,表面光泽度提高了10%。成核剂VP811E使LLDPE结晶温度提高4℃,半结晶时间缩短,明显提高了结晶速率并细化结晶,从而改善了LLDPE薄膜的表面光学性能。High gloss and transparent linear low density polyethylene(LLDPE)film was blown with nucleating agent VP811 E which was produced by ultrafine powdery rubber(UFPR)process. Optical and mechanical properties of the film were characterized, and the effect of VP811 E on crystallization behavior of LLDPE was also studied. The results show that the haze of the film declines by 25% and the gloss of the film increases 10%. The crystallization temperature of LLDPE is improved by 4℃ by adding VP811 E, and the half crystallization time t1/2 of the material is shortened, which improves the crystallization rate and cut short the spherulite size, the optical properties of LLDPE film surface are therefore improved.
