摘 要:分析表征了3种低顺丁二烯橡胶(简称低顺橡胶)的微观结构,并利用这3种橡胶进行本体聚合制备丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯三元共聚物(ABS),通过对聚合过程监控、聚合物微观组成及相结构的表征和物理性能的测试,研究了不同低顺橡胶对ABS本体聚合的影响。结果表明:低顺橡胶的乙烯基含量及聚合体系黏度对所制备的ABS树脂力学性能影响较大;国产低顺橡胶P30AF相比于进口低顺橡胶720AX,乙烯基含量偏低,相对分子质量分布类似,但相对分子质量偏大,分布偏宽;利用国产低顺橡胶制备ABS树脂时会引起ABS相对分子质量降低,拉伸强度减小,以及橡胶相的接枝率偏低、分布不均匀、粒径小,导致冲击强度明显偏低于进口橡胶。Three low-cis polybutadiene rubbers were analyzed and characterized in terms of the microstructure and were used to prepare the ABS resin through bulk polymerization. The effects of different lowcis polybutadiene rubber on the bulk-made ABS were studied through the monitoring of polymerization process, the characterization of polymer microstructure and phase structure, and the tests of mechanical properties of ABS resin. The results indicate that the content of 1,2-vinyl group and viscosity of polymerization system impose great influence on the mechanical properties of bulk-made ABS resin. Compared to imported low-cis butadiene rubber, the domestic rubber P30 AF has lower content of 1, 2-vinyl group, same molecular weight distribution diagram as 720 AX, and a larger average molecular weight and broader distribution. The ABS resin prepared with domestic rubber has smaller molecular weight which leads to tensile strength declining, lower graft ratio on rubber, uneven rubber phase distribution and smaller average rubber particle size which reduce the impact strength of the rubber.
