摘 要:以棉花为模板,采用硝酸钴(Co(NO_3)_2·6H_2O)为原料,在管式炉中以600℃,2 h的煅烧条件,制备出了蜂窝状结构的四氧化三钴(Co_3O_4)。扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)观察表明,所制备的Co_3O_4晶体具有良好的蜂窝状结构、大的比表面积,适用于超级电容器电极材料。在6 mol/L的KOH水溶液中进行了循环伏安、恒流充放电、交流阻抗和循环次数测试。电化学性能测试结果表明蜂窝状Co_3O_4电极具有很高的电容值、良好的电导性能和离子扩散行为以及较强的稳定性。在2 A/g的电流条件下测得的比电容高达932 F/g、电荷转移电阻为4.6Ω,在1 000次循环恒流充放电测试后的电容保持率为85.7%。因此,该蜂窝状结构的Co_3O_4材料在超级电容器电极上具有良好的应用前景。Using Co(NO3)2·6H2O as raw materials and cotton as a template,the honeycombshaped structure Co3O4 was prepared after the calcination for 2 h under 600 ℃in a tube furnace.The observation results of the scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM)show that the prepared Co3O4 crystals have a good honeycomb-shaped structure and high specific surface area,thus it is suitable for the electrode material of the supercapacitor.The voltammetry cycle,constant current charge-discharge,AC impedance and cycles test were carried out in the 6 mol/L KOH aqueous solution.The electrochemical performance test results show that the honeycomb-shaped structure Co3O4 electrode has high capacitance values,good conductivity properties,good ion scattering behavior and strong stability.Under the current of 2 A/g,the measured specific capacitance is up to 932 F/g and the charge transfer resistance is4.6Ω.After 1 000-cycle constant current charge-discharge test,the capacitance retention rate is85.7%.Therefore,the honeycomb-shaped structure Co3O4 has a good application prospect in the supercapacitor electrodes.
