摘　　要：介绍现代化造船模式中,从壳舾涂一体化角度分析国内涂装现状的主要不足及矛盾,并提出船舶涂装设计和管理的改进点。并且介绍了不同中间产品的出图方式和内容要求,船厂现场管理相配套的中间产品管理流程和格式,讨论了中间产品的涂装设计、施工和管理一体化具体操作格式,从而促使涂装能按中间产品完整性进行施工,减少浪费返工现象,提高施工质量和效率,降低造船成本。This paper describes the present main deficiencies and contradictions of domestic painting, and puts forward the improvement of the design and management of ship coating, from the perspective of hull construction, outfitting and painting integration of the modern shipbuilding mode. This paper introduces the different drawing and content requirements of different intermediate product, introduces one process and format management system of the intermediate product, and discusses the integrate ways of the coating design, construction and management, to prompt structural integrity of coating construction, reduce the waste of rework, improve construction quality and efficiency, and finally reduces the shipbuilding cost.
