复可托治疗扁平疣临床疗效观察及对IFN-γ和IL-4水平影响

摘　　要：【目的】探讨复可托治疗扁平疣的临床疗效及对干扰素-γ（IFN-γ）和白细胞介素-4（IL-4）水平的影响。【方法】选取2011年2月至2014年5月来本院治疗的85例扁平疣患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组（41例）和观察组（44例）。两组患者均采用外涂维A酸软膏治疗，每天一次，并每日取红花（6g）泡茶饮；观察组患者每天加服复可托（口服），每次2mg，每天一次；4周为1个疗程，两组治疗2个疗程后观察疗效；采用ELISA法检测IFN-γ、IL-4水平，比较两组患者治疗前后IFN-γ、IL-4的变化。【结果】治疗后，观察组总有效率93．18％显著高于对照组75．61％（x2=5．0585，P〈0．05）。治疗后，两组IFN-γ水平显著升高，IL-4水平显著降低，差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0．05），且观察组IL-4水平显著低于对照组，IFN-γ水平显著高于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗后两组CD3＋、CD4＋、CD4＋／CD8＋水平均明显升高，CD84＋水平明显降低，差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0．05），且观察组CD3＋、CD4＋、CD4＋／CD8＋均显著高于对照组，CD8＋显著低于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。【结论】复可托口服治疗扁平疣疗效较好，通过改善患者T淋巴细胞亚群，提高IFN-γ水平，降低IL-4水平，增强患者免疫功能，有效除疣。[Objective]The aim is to discuss the clinical efficacy of Spleen Aminopeptide Oral Lyophilized Powder and its effects on IFN-γ and IL-4 levels in the treatment of Flat Wart. [Methods]A total of 85 patients with flat wart from February 2011 to May 2014 in our hospital were selected. They were randomly divided into the control group （41 cases） and observation group （44 cases）. The patients in both groups were treated with Vitamin A acid ointment 1 time / d, and safflower tea （6g） daily. On this basis, the observation group were given additional Spleen Aminopeptide Oral Lyophilized Powder, 2mg / time, 1 time / d, 4 weeks / course of treatment. After two courses of treatment （8 weeks）, the efficacy of treatment in both groups was observed. IFN-γ and IL-4 levels were detected by ELISA. The IFN-γ and IL-4 levels in two groups of patients were analyzed and compared with pretreatment levels in the patients. [Results]After treatment, the total efficacy rate in the observation group was 93.18%, while the total efficacy rate was 75.61% in the control group, the rates were significantly difference in the two groups （x2 = 5.0585, P〈0.05）. In both groups, IFN-γ levels in both groups were significantly higher while IL-4 levels were significantly lower after treatment（ P 〈0.05）. IFN-γ levels in the observation group were significantly higher than that in observation group （ P 〈0.05） and IL-4 levels were significantly lower than the control group （ P 〈0.05）. CD3＋ , CD4＋ , CD4＋/CD8＋ of the two groups were significantly increased after treatment, and CD8＋ decreased significantly compared with before treatment, the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈0.05）. After treatment, CD3＋ , CD4＋ , CD4＋/CD8＋ of the observation group were significantly higher （ P〈0.05）, and the CD8＋ was significantly lower than the control group （ P〈0.05）.
