摘 要:基于国内外煤质活性炭的研究现状,归纳了不同变质程度原料煤对活性炭孔结构的影响,总结提出了煤的变质程度对活性炭孔结构影响的一般性规律,并分析了煤质活性炭的发展趋势以及研究煤的变质程度对活性炭孔结构影响规律的重要意义。结果表明:原料煤的变质程度越高,活性炭孔结构的微孔越发达,随着变质程度的降低,活性炭孔结构的中孔比例逐渐增加,这种趋势在烟煤各小类之间表现得尤为明显;煤的变质程度对活性炭孔结构的影响规律是配煤制备活性炭技术的基础,可为活性炭孔结构的调控提供理论参考,以实现根据吸附质的尺寸针对性选用合适吸附剂的目的。Based on research status of coal based activated carbons at home and broad,the paper concluded the raw material coal with different metamorphic degree affected to the pore structure of activated carbon,summarized general law of coal metamorphic degree affected to the pore structure of activated carbon,analyzed development tendency of coal based activated carbon and studied the important significances of coal metamorphic degree affected to the pore structure of the activated carbon.The results showed that the higher of coal metamorphic degree was and the micro pore of activated carbon pore structure would be highly developed.With the metamorphic degree decreased,the mesopore percentage in the pore structure of activated carbon would be steadily increased and such tendency would be obvious in each subclass of bituminous coal.The influence law of the coal metamorphic degree affected to the pore structure of the activated carbon would be technical base to prepare activated carbon and could provide theoretical references to adjust pore structure of activated carbon in order to realize target to properly select suitable adsorber according to size of adsorbed quality.
