摘  要:柴油机中的缸套和活塞环是柴油机中主要的摩擦学系统,其运动过程是一个复杂的摩擦、磨损过程,其中磨损是其主要表现形式,也是车辆大修技术条件的重要指标。缸套和活塞环的磨损检测问题一直是人们研究的热点之一。对现有的相关研究进行了汇总并分析讨论,对缸套-活塞环的磨损检测方法进行了比较,并对其研究远景提出了展望。The tribopairs of cylinder liner and piston ring in a diesel engine are a main tribological system with different kinds of friction and wear in which the interaction between lubrication friction and wear is primary performance. At the same time, the wear volume between the tribopairs of cylinder liner and piston ring in a diesel engine is one of the important indices for vehicle overhaul technological conditions. The wear of cylinder liner and piston ring detection problem has been one of the hot spots of research. In this paper, the methods to measure the cylinder liner wear of piston ring are summarized and compared. And the prospects of the research are put forward.
