摘　　要：介绍了一种新型快速运模地铁管片自动化生产线,该生产线将管片脱模区和浇筑作业区分离,实现了成品管片脱模及转运物流、钢筋骨架物流和混凝土物流三大物流的分离,进一步提升了各物流流转效率,从而大幅提升管片的生产能力。通过对比分析快速运模管片生产线与2+4管片生产线,阐述了快速运模管片生产线的优势和特点。A new type of automatic production line capable of transporting segment moulds rapidly is introduced. This kind of production line separates the demoulding area from the concreting area. It also implements the separation of three material flows consisting of the transport of finished segments after demoulding, the flow of steel reinforcement cages and the flow of concrete. The efficiency of logistic flows can then be enhanced so that the production capacity of segments can be greatly improved, too. Here, the contrastive analysis between the segment production line transporting segment moulds rapidly and the segment production line producing 2 ＋4 type segments is done, and the merits and traits of the segment production line transporting segment moulds rapidly are expounded.
