摘　　要：地方高校发展的新常态是培养应用型人才,高校学生社团作为人才培养的重要组成部分,特别是对应用型人才的培养起着促进作用。新常态下,地方高校学生社团建设要落实普及性、突显地方性、提高应用性、拓展开放性等。The new normal for the development of local universities is to cultivate the applied professionals and the students＇ associations in universities as an important part of personnel training plays a promotion role in training the applied professionals. The students＇ associations of local universities in the new normal should be built in such ways as implementing the popularization, highlighting the localization, improving the application and expanding the openness.
