摘 要:利用ATRP成功制备了PDMAEMA-b-PPOSS双嵌段共聚物,实现了POSS基团个数由一个到多个的变化。这种变化增加了双亲性分子中疏水段所占的比例,提高了聚合物的聚集能力,聚合物的聚集形态有向短棒状发展的趋势;而PDMAEMA-b-PPOSS依旧能在p H调控下实现单个胶束与复合胶束之间的相互转变。利用PDMAEMAb-PPOSS在水相中聚集形态之间的可逆转变,成功实现了对芘的可控负载与释放过程。通过对PDMAEMA-bPPOSS的温度敏感性研究发现,随着温度升高,聚集体尺寸呈现出逐渐减小而后急剧增加的趋势。A diblock copolymer (PDMAEMA-b-PPOSS) with multiple POSS groups has been successfully synthesized via ATRP. Compared with a tadpole-shaped polymer, the number of POSS groups increased from one to multiple and the increased number of POSS groups enhanced the aggregation ability of the diblock copolymer; as a result, the polymer tended to form short rod micelles. The copolymer could be reversibly transformed between single micelles and complex micelles by varing the pH. The controlled upload and release of pyrene by PDMAEMA-b- PPOSS was also achieved in water. Moreover, the T-responsiveness of PDMAEMA-b-PPOSS showed a decrease below the LCST and a huge increase above the LCST.
