摘 要:既有ATP系统采用基于自身故障安全原则的安全自治技术架构,已不能适应列车运行过程的整体安全保障需求。本文提出一种低耦合的基于安全协同控制的ATP系统,通过实时采集ATP系统以外的故障,并根据故障来源、故障类型做出实时的响应。因该系统能够协同利用现有成熟的车载、轨旁感知数据,改进了既有ATP系统封闭系统架构和安全自治控制模式,并通过低耦合的功能设计,在不引入额外的风险前提下,提高了系统整体的安全性。The existing ATP system,used in the safe and autonomy technology on the principle of fail-safe,has been unable to meet the requirement of the whole safe during the train operation process. In this paper,an ATP system based on safety cooperative control is proposed which collects the fault from outside of the ATP and makes real-time response according to fault source and type. The system can cooperate with the existing mature perception data from vehicle and wayside,and improve the existing ATP system with closed system architecture and safe autonomous control mode. Additionally,without introducing additional risk,the safety of the system is improved with design of low coupling function.
