论《针灸甲乙经》配穴方法对后世的影响

摘　　要：《针灸甲乙经》记载了大量的针灸治疗处方,其取穴的特点体现在辨证取穴、局部取穴、循经取穴以及单穴的应用和特定穴的应用等方面。在配穴上,有特定穴相配、前后配穴法、表里配穴法、上下配穴法、远近配穴法等特点。这些取穴和配穴的方法对针灸临床治疗具有很好的指导作用。The Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion recorded a lot of acupuncture prescription. The characteristics of the select-ing points were embodied in the point selection in accordance with differentiation of syndrome, local points, the application of single point and the application of specific points. On matching point, there is a particular points, anterior-posterior points combination,superficies-interior points combination, superior-inferior points combination, distal-proximal points combination etc. These methods have a good guiding role in the clinical treatment of acupuncture and moxibustion.
