湿热痹清丸治疗湿热型类风湿关节炎的X线观察

摘　　要：目的利用X线观察湿热痹清丸治疗湿热型类风湿关节炎的疗效。方法选择湿热型类风湿关节炎177例患者随机分为两组,试验组118例,对照组59例。试验组给予湿热痹清丸口服,9 g,每日3次,6个月1疗程。对照组给予正清风痛宁片,每次3片,每日3次口服。治疗前后对患者的双手X线正位片进行对比。结果试验组早期有效率95.5%,中期有效率81.7%,晚期有效率69.7%,总有效率82.2%。结论湿热痹清丸治疗湿热型类风湿关节炎疗效显著,同时X线检查是类风湿关节炎的诊断、病情评估和疗效观察重要的依据。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Shire Biqing pills in the treatment of damp-heat rheumatoid arthritis by taking advantage of X-ray. Methods Choosing 177 patients with rheumatoid arthritis, they were divided into experimental group of 118 cases and control group of 59 cases. The experimental group was given 9g Shire Biqing pills, three times per day in one course of treatment（6 months）. The control group was given Zhengqing Fengtongning tablets, three tablets each time, three times each day. The X-ray films of the patients＇ hands before and after treatment were compared. Results In the experimental group, for early stage patients, the cure rate was 95.5%, for middle stage patients, the cure rate was 81.7%, for advanced stage patients, and the cure rate was 82.2%.Conclusion Shire Biqing pills in the treatment of damp-heat rheumatoid arthritis has significant clinical effect. And X-ray is an important way in diagnosing and assessing the rheumatoid arthritis and observing the treatment effect.
