通脉养心丸治疗冠心病室性早搏对心率变异性的影响

摘　　要：目的观察通脉养心丸治疗冠心病室性早搏对心率变异性的影响。方法选取50例冠心病室性早搏患者随机分为对照组和治疗组2组。对照组常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上应用通脉养心丸。观察治疗前后24 h动态心电图。结果 (1)治疗前后相比,2组病人室早和HRV指标有明显改善,治疗后,通脉养心丸治疗组室早和HRV指标与对照组比较,改善显著,有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论通脉养心丸可明显改善冠心病室性早搏和HRV指标,对改善冠心病病人预后有一定作用。Objective To observe the effect of Tongmai Yangxin pills in the treatment of premature ventricualr contraction of coronary heart disease on heart rate variability. Methords Selecting 50 cases of patients with ventricular premature of coronary heart disease,they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 25 cases in each group. The treatment group took Tongmai Yangxin pills based on the conventional treatment, while the control group took the conventional treatment. Before and after treatment,the 24 H ECG was measured. Results After the treatment, comparing with the treatment before, the PVC and HRV of two groups significantly improved. After the treatment, comparing with the control group, the improvement of PVC and HRV of the treatment group was significantly than that of the control group, an there was significant differences. Conclusion It showed that Tongmai Yangxin pills can significantly improve the PVC and HRV of the patients with CHD, which confirmed that it can improve patient prognostic role.
