药用樱桃核枕头辅助治疗慢性肾功能不全合并高血压的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究樱桃核枕头辅助治疗慢性肾功能不全合并高血压的临床效果。方法 60例慢性肾功能不全合并高血压患者,随机分为2组:治疗组30例,选用硝苯地平控释片及常规治疗,加用樱桃核枕头加热按摩并枕其入睡;对照组30例,选用硝苯地平控释片及常规治疗。比较2组患者的降压效果和肾功能的情况。结果治疗组的总有效率96.7%高于对照组的总有效率86.7%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组患者血肌酐值和尿素氮值与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论樱桃核枕头辅助治疗慢性肾功能不全合并高血压患者降压效果好,且经济实惠,简单易行,能够改善慢性肾功能不全患者的生活质量。Objective To explore the clinical effect of medicinal cherry stone pillow in the auxiliary treatment of chronic renal insufficiency with hypertension. Methods 60 cases of chronic renal insufficiency patients with hypertension were randomly divided into treatment group of 30 cases and control group 30 cases. The treatment group was given nifedipine retard-20 tablet, conventional treatment and massage with cherry nuclear heating pillow and pillow to sleep. The control group used nifedipine retard-20 tablet and conventional therapy. The antihypertensive effect and renal function of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.7% which was higher than 86.7% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The serum creatinine and urea nitrogen values of the two groups had no statistically significant difference（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion Cherry stone pillow in the auxiliary treatment of chronic renal insufficiency with hypertension has good antihypertensive effect, and it is economical, simple and feasible. It can improve the quality of life of patients with chronic renal insufficiency.
