摘　　要：目的研究樟Cinnamomum camphora树皮的化学成分。方法采用正向硅胶,Sephadex LH-20等柱色谱分离化合物,运用波谱技术分析结合文献对照确定化学结构。结果从香樟树皮石油醚-乙酸乙酯提取部位中共分离得到了11个化合物,经鉴定为：dimethylmatairesinol（Ⅰ）,（＋）-paulownin（Ⅱ）,（-）-paulownin（Ⅲ）,（-）-芝麻素（Ⅳ）,isoobtusilactone A（IOA）（Ⅴ）,obtusilactone A（Ⅵ）,isomahubanolide（Ⅶ）,阿魏酸二十八醇酯（Ⅷ）,亚油酸（Ⅸ）,hexacosane（Ⅹ）,β-谷甾醇（Ⅺ）。结论化合物Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ~Ⅺ均为首次在该植物中分离得到。Objective To study the chemical constituents of the Barks of Cinnamomum camphora. Methods Isolation and purification were carried out on the chromatography of silica gel and Sephadex LH-20. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral data. Results Eleven compounds were isolated and identified as dimethylmatairesinol（ Ⅰ）,（ ＋）-paulownin（ Ⅱ）,（-）-paulownin（Ⅲ）,（-）-sesamin（Ⅳ）, isoobtusilactone A（IOA）（Ⅴ）, obtusilactone A（Ⅵ）, isomahubanolide（Ⅶ）, octacosyl ferulate（Ⅷ）, linoleic acid（Ⅸ）, hexacosane（Ⅹ）, β-sitosterol（Ⅺ）. Conclusion Compounds Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅴ~Ⅺ are isolated from this plant for the first time.
