摘 要:目的研究樟Cinnamomum camphora树皮的化学成分。方法采用正向硅胶,Sephadex LH-20等柱色谱分离化合物,运用波谱技术分析结合文献对照确定化学结构。结果从香樟树皮石油醚-乙酸乙酯提取部位中共分离得到了11个化合物,经鉴定为:dimethylmatairesinol(Ⅰ),(+)-paulownin(Ⅱ),(-)-paulownin(Ⅲ),(-)-芝麻素(Ⅳ),isoobtusilactone A(IOA)(Ⅴ),obtusilactone A(Ⅵ),isomahubanolide(Ⅶ),阿魏酸二十八醇酯(Ⅷ),亚油酸(Ⅸ),hexacosane(Ⅹ),β-谷甾醇(Ⅺ)。结论化合物Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ~Ⅺ均为首次在该植物中分离得到。Objective To study the chemical constituents of the Barks of Cinnamomum camphora. Methods Isolation and purification were carried out on the chromatography of silica gel and Sephadex LH-20. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral data. Results Eleven compounds were isolated and identified as dimethylmatairesinol( Ⅰ),( +)-paulownin( Ⅱ),(-)-paulownin(Ⅲ),(-)-sesamin(Ⅳ), isoobtusilactone A(IOA)(Ⅴ), obtusilactone A(Ⅵ), isomahubanolide(Ⅶ), octacosyl ferulate(Ⅷ), linoleic acid(Ⅸ), hexacosane(Ⅹ), β-sitosterol(Ⅺ). Conclusion Compounds Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅴ~Ⅺ are isolated from this plant for the first time.
