硅油减振器精细制造及扭振抑制变化的研究

摘　　要：通过对硅油减振器组成部件的精细加工,提高其工艺尺寸、形位公差的精度和硅油填充率,利用扭振测试平台、专用工装对装配有标准和精细制造减振器的发动机曲轴变形情况进行测试,对测试数据进行采集并对比分析,从而研究得出两种减振器在扭振抑制效果方面的变化结论。Based on silicone oil shock absorber components of fine processing, the accuracy of the process dimension and shape tolerance and silicone oil filling rate are improved, using torsional vibration test platform and specialized equipment and tooling to test engine crankshaft deformation condition equipped with standard and a fine of manufacturing shock absorber, the test data collected are compared and analyzed, finally two kinds of shock absorber in torsional vibration suppression effect changes in the conclusion are got.
