摘　　要：通过对我国环境监测仪器设备（EMIE）质量管理现状的调查，表明从法律和法规层面上对EMIE的质量进行监管，从管理办法、条例和技术规范层面上进行监控，从质量保证和质量控制措施上保证正确地使用EMIE。生产EMIE的企业将lsO质量管理体系融入EMIE的生产环节以提高和稳定EMIE的品质。调查还表明我国的EMIE的质量管理与管理先进的国家还存在一定的差距，需要认真地学习并吸收国外的先进经验为我所用。对于在调查中发现的EMIE质量管理中的问题，目前通过制订、修订和严格执行技术标准，提高人员的素质，稳定运维队伍，加强对运维的监管等，定能将EMIE质量管理提高到新的水平。Quality management survey on the status of environmental monitoring instrument and equipment （EMIE） of China showed that from the legal and regulatory levels for EMIE quality supervision, monitoring from the management approach, regulations and technical specifications level, from the QA and QC to ensure the of EMIE. EMIE production enterprises will be integrated into the ISO quality management system EMIE processes in order to improve and stabilize the quality of EMIE. The survey also showed that there is still the E proper use production ME quality management gap between the China and advanced management countries. We need to seriously study and learn from the advanced experience of foreign countries for our use. For EMIE quality management problems found in the survey, through the development, revision and strict implementation of technical standards, improving the quality of personnel, stable operation and maintenance team, strengthening the supervision of the operation and maintenance, etc., the quality management EMIE levels will be realized.
