摘 要:室内涂料中挥发出来的甲醛是一种有毒物质,严重危害人的身体健康。为此,建立了一种利用乙酰丙酮作为显色剂,结合分光光度法检测5种内墙涂料中甲醛含量的分析方法。方法:样品经过蒸馏预处理使甲醛得到分离,通过绘制甲醛标准工作曲线来进行定量分析。结果:甲醛在Oug“100ug范围内线性良好(线性相关系数r^2为O.9998),对5种内墙涂料样品测定得到,加标回收率达98.4%-102.2%,相对标准偏差(n=4)在0.75%-1.56%之间。结论:本方法准确可靠,操作简单且应用广泛,可满足游离甲醛含量为0-0.25gag的各种内墙涂料。The formaldehyde in the indoor paint is a kind of toxic substances, which seriously endanger human health. The aim of this study is to establish an analytical method for the determination of formaldehyde content in 5 kinds of interior wall coatings by using acetylacetone as color reagent. Methods: The sample was pretreated by distillation to make the formaldehyde separated., and the standard curve method was used for quantitative analysis. Results:Formaldehyde is linear in the range of 0μg-100 μg (12=0.9998). The recovery rate is 98.4%-102.2% and relative standard deviation (n=4) is 0. 73%-1.36% for 5 kinds of interior wall coatings. Conclusion: This method is satisfactory due to accurate, reliable, simple and widely used, so can be used to determine the free formaldehyde content for 0-0.25 g/ kg in various interior wall coatings.
