摘  要:针对某酸轧机组生产高碳高强钢时切边崩刃现象严重的问题,研究了导致剪刀崩刃的原因和预防措施,并研究了切边剪的切边原理。通过限定上线前剪刃的间隙和重叠量偏差、规定剪刃硬度、合理搭配剪切间隙和重叠量、保持稳定高速的切边速度等措施,使高强钢崩刃现象大幅降低,提高了酸轧高强钢的小时产量。Aimed at the blade fracture phenomenon of cutting high-strength steel in the pickling and cold rolling line,the causes and preventive measures were studied.Based on the operational principle analysis of side trimmer,some measures were put into use,such as limiting the blade side clearance and overlapping deviation,setting the blade hardness,matching up the side clearance and the overlap,keeping the velocity of cutting side stable and high.So the blade fracture frequency was decreased greatly,and the production per hour of high-strength steel was increased.
