摘  要:对SO_4^(2-)/M_xO_y多种固体酸催化蒽醌的定位硝化工艺进行了研究,从中优选出SO_4^(2-)/ZrO_2固体酸作为蒽醌定位硝化催化剂。在m(蒽醌):m(SO_4^(2-)/ZrO_2固体酸):m(二氯乙烷):m(浓硝酸)=100:2.5:124:36,反应温度41~42℃,反应时间4h等工艺条件下,1-硝基蒽醌粗品含量由混酸硝化工艺的81.81%提升到固体酸催化定位硝化工艺的89.68%,精品1-硝基蒽醌收率由82.59%提升到86.12%。Selective nitrification of anthraquinone have been studied based on SO_4^(2-)/M_xO_y solid acids as catalyst.SO_4^(2-)/ZrO_2 solid acid was selected as catalyst of positioning nitrification of anthraquinone.The process conditions were as follows:m(anthraquinone):m(SO_4^(2-)/ZrO_2 solid acid):m(ethylene dichloride):m(nitric acid) was100:2.5:124:36,reaction temperature was 41~42℃ and reaction time was 4h,the yield of 1-nitro-anthraquinone was increased from 81.81%to 89.68%,pure collective 1-nitro-anthraquinone yield was increased from82.59%to 86.12%.
